There is something captivating about cowboys and their work, a fascination with a lifestyle that has been immortalized in countless Hollywood pictures.
Through our partnership with a working ranch located about one hour and 45 minutes from Toronto, we now offer you an authentic cowboy experience. A personalized, unique adventure designed to give you an appreciation for the life of a cowboy.
Depending on your riding ability, you can set yourself squarely into the life of a cattle ranch. You may help move cattle to accommodate rotational grazing, or perhaps check fences and service water stations. During the summer you can help with a pregnancy check, weigh calves, remove bulls from the herd and do other herd health-related work.
Your leader, Crusty Cosack, has "cowboyed" cattle for over twenty years. The four-hour program includes a campfire lunch and, modesty and temperature permitting, a swim at a watering hole.
