Cave Exploration!

Travel to another world as you experience the surreal beauty of caves. Join us for a day of adventure, exploring the caves of Metcalfe rock near Collingwood. Be prepared to squeeze, crawl and climb, as you learn technical caving skills from a qualified instructor.

A caving guide introduces you to the equipment, including the harness and the headlamp, and leads you through some basic rope work. You will be lowered over 80-feet into one of the crevice caves and explore the underground safely. You have a chance to enter some extensive caves, and as you crawl to the bottom of one cave you will encounter a freshwater spring!

Headlamp, harness, gloves and technical equipment are provided. To ensure a quality experience with lots of personal attention by the instructor- group size is limited to 6 participants per guide.
