Good Earth Cooking

Come and celebrate the bounty of Niagara farms. Join us as one of Niagara's top chefs leads an engaging demonstration cooking class. The Food Network's Anna Olson, Inn on the Twenty Restaurant's Executive Chef Rob Fracchioni, Tara Grobb, Chef de Partie, Escab Èche at The Prince of Wales Hotel are just some of the performing stars that will be leading classes.

On different dates, each chef will transform the freshest produce into feasts for the palate. Classes are held at a private cooking school nestled among beautiful gardens on a 22-hectare fruit farm in the heart of the Beamsville countryside. The school's bright and airy kitchen facility is fully equipped with the tools of the trade.

Class size is limited to 12 individuals. At the end of the class, the chef's spectacular culinary creations will be savored, along with some of Niagara's best wines.
